His experience also extends into consulting and commercial projects as well. He is past president of the Fairfield County and the Connecticut Home Builders Associations.
Kim Hiteshew, Director of Operations, is a recipient of the Project Manager of the Year Award with zero punch lists and on time closings. She has an impeccable track record for staying on top of every detail and giving each customer her full attention.
Sandy Effren, Principal and Design Consultant, received multiple HOBI Awards for Interior Merchandizing. Her creative sense of style reflects current trends while recognizing that function is integral in understanding the customer’s lifestyle.
